The Cloud Panel puts complete WordPress site management at your fingertips. From here you can spin up new sites, jump directly into wp-admin, adjust server-level settings, monitor resource usage, and safely decommission sites you no longer need, all without touching a command line.
All new sites come with WP Postman, Aero, and WP Stratos Environment pre-installed and activated, giving you a performance-optimized foundation from the moment your site is ready. If you deactivate any of these plugins, WP Stratos automatically reactivates them on the next plugin update to ensure your site stays fully functional.

Creating a New Site

Log in to the Cloud Panel

Sign in at cloud.wpstratos.com to reach your dashboard.

Click Add New

Select the Add New button in the top right corner of the header, next to your account menu. You’ll land on the same screen whether you click this or the invite you may see the first time you log in.

Choose Create New WordPress Instance

Pick Create New WordPress Instance and hit Continue.

Pick a theme

Browse the available themes, use Preview to see one before committing, and select Use This Theme when you’ve found one you like. You can change it later without starting over.

Choose your hosting service (if applicable)

If you have more than one hosting service on your account, pick which one to build the new site on from the dropdown.

Set a website name and continue

Name your site and click Continue. WP Stratos provisions the WordPress installation in the background, which usually takes a few minutes. You can leave this screen and check progress from your instance list at any time, and you’ll be notified when it’s ready.

Accessing Your Site

One-click WordPress admin. Every site card in the dashboard has an Open WP Admin button. It uses single sign-on to log you straight into your WordPress dashboard, so there’s no separate WordPress password to track down or reset. Temporary URL. While you’re connecting a custom domain, your site is immediately accessible at sitename.wpstratos.dev. Share this URL for reviews or use it during initial setup. Clear Cache. A dedicated button on the site’s action bar clears object cache and page cache in one click, useful when a client swears a change “isn’t showing up” and you want to rule out stale cache before digging further. Site Details and Analytics

Open a site and you land on its Site Details page by default. This is where the day-to-day status of a site lives:
  • A site preview thumbnail, with a manual refresh option and a direct Visit Website link.
  • WordPress and WooCommerce version checks, done automatically, with a one-click update button when either falls behind.
  • Backup status and a shortcut to trigger a manual backup without leaving the page.
  • SSL certificate status for the site’s domain.
  • A loading speed check for both desktop and mobile, so you have a number to point to before a client asks why their site “feels slow.”
Scroll down and you’ll find traffic analytics: total visits, unique visitors, average session time, and bandwidth usage, each shown as a chart you can switch between the last week, month, or year. If you’re managing sites for other people, this is often the fastest way to answer “how’s my site doing” without opening a separate analytics tool.

Site Settings

Beyond the day-to-day tools on the main instance page, a set of deeper configuration options lives under Advanced. This covers PHP version, WordPress user management, and remote edits to your wp-config.php file, among other things. See Developer Settings for the full breakdown. Installed plugins and themes have their own manager, covered in Plugins & Themes, and if something’s misbehaving, Logs is the fastest way to see what’s actually going wrong.
See all domains currently pointing to this site, promote an addon domain to main, or add a redirect. For full instructions, visit Connect a Domain.
Check whether your SSL certificate is active or pending. WP Stratos provisions and auto-renews Let’s Encrypt certificates, and no manual action is normally required.

Deleting a Site

Deleting an instance is permanent and irreversible. All files, the database, and associated backups are erased. Download any backups you want to keep before proceeding.
Open the site you want to remove, find Delete Instance among the actions in the top right corner of the instance page, and confirm when prompted. There’s no separate settings screen to dig through, the option lives right alongside Share Instance, WP Admin Access, Staging, and Clear Cache.
